Cargo Bike

Hey guys, I'm in the market for a new bicycle; I'm thinking of either an off-road (mountain bike, with front and rear shocks) or a x-road (on-road & off-road, with or without shocks), it needs to be able to add on a cargo trailer of sorts (which I'm looking for ideas to build), be able to throw on a front/rear rack system, be able to add some bags to the handlebars, seat, frame, racks, etc. as well as be able to put a headlight/taillight/aux light etc on.

I'm currently at looking at purchasing a Giant, I've owned one in the past (it was stolen, lock cut) and really enjoyed it. It was a Giant Warp DS3, might see if there is one available somewhere online.

But I'll look at any other brands, y'all have suggestions?

I live in northern Manitoba, we have horrible roads and rocky terrain.

This bike is to get to and from work, but be able to use as a cargo bike; if needed.

Any suggestions on mods or bikes?
