Is there anywhere you wont carry your gun that isn't illegal?

No disrespect intended, but...

Why on Earth wouldn't you carry your gun into someone else's house? Is it some shrine that is immune to acts of violence?

Do you have the foresight to determine that you will never be presented with a dangerous situation at someone else's house?

After all the stories in the news about shootings at house parties, New Year's, Christmas, whatever, because somebody is drunk, or shows up with an axe to grind, it's hardly a risk that should be ignored.
