My chicken raising so far

Howdy

I purchased a chicken chalet from SAMs club for $300 ( looks nice )

Well I built it and went to my friends house who had some 1 week old chicks for sale. I took home 10

My neighbors dog got 3 of them and as time goes by I find out 3 left are roosters ( not bad 4 hens 3 roosters )

1 chickens are very fun to watch
2 the take care of bugs, lizards and tree worms
3 there cheap to feed
4 they put them selves up at dark
5 the feeders are fairly cheap
6 feed is cheap ( plus they scratch for bugs and seeds in the back yard )

I picked up another hen today and it's SCARED of the others
IS THIS OK AND ANYTHING I CAN DO YO HELP OR SHOULD DO ?

I plan on eating the 3 roosters and just having the 5 hens

MY QUESTIONS ARE
1 introduction of a new hen , she is scared . What do I do
2 idk what animal I assume (house cat ) has been trying to get into the box , how do I DETER it( can't shoot neighbors house is behind mine and not a safe shot

Any questions ? Or tips ?
