Taurus M-9 clone in 40 cal. any good?

I picked up a Bodyguard, Lil 380 auto in a lump swap(multiple items), in "Pink" well, Girlchild doesnt want it, she has Her SIG, a buddy wants to swap me his M9 clone Taurus for it, the Taurus is in immaculate condition, cocobola Grips and all.

any known problems with the 40 cal? he wants the lil body guard for his wife.........
