Coleman 295 "Unleaded Lantern" ?

Browsing a thrift store brought home a good condition Coleman 295. $4.50 and a little elbow grease leads me to believe I brought home a bargain. Waiting for Amazon to deliver the the type 21 mantles to fire it up and evaluate this most recent prep.

Now comes the question? Can I fire this up with Coleman fuel or is it best to run it only on Unleaded? Have some cans of Coleman fuel already and feel this would be safer, just haven't read any articles that say either way.
