Bunker style basement advice

We are going to build a new home. I'm envisioning a bunker for a basement. We would like to be as energy efficient as possible. This will also help in us and our precious belongs survive a tornado.

I don't have it all planned out yet. This is just the first stage of gathering ideas. That's where you all come in. Please comment on everything that you have opinions on. Not everything on the list will happen. But want to keep options available

geothermal
Solar power
Whole home generator
Ventilation
Would like "elevator". Something to get heavy stuff up and down. Getting lazy as I get older
Cell service in basement
We need ideas on energy saving appliances, etc

My thought is. We have concrete slab for the main level floor. In floor heating. Have some kinda steel door to lock down any attempt to get into basement. I would like one room be even more secure. Block wall. Maybe a safe doorway.
Maybe "storm windows". Something like those steel roll down doors they have in mall to close up shops. Lol not sure if that's possible.

The main floor will be a standard house. With few upgrades. Doors, spray foam insulation, steel roof. Attached 2 car garage

The basement will be around 25'x30'. It will have master bed n bath, reloading/gun/safe room, storage,tv room

Main floor kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, laundry room, sitting room
