What if NK bombed a US ally while US is dealing with hurricanes destroying the US?

Was just wondering how you folks here believe President Trump and the US people would react if North Korea had bombed Japan or South Korea....... or if Iran nuked Israel or if Russia took down a US aircraft carrier, or if China sunk one of our submarines, or if some middle easterner jihadist blew up a building on US soil all the while the US was at its weakest point, dealing with hurricanes and the aftermath of hurricanes?

Truthfully, I think it would be the one way to get the country to band together to want to kick the living **** out of whatever country tried messing with us.... the media could really spin it and so could Trump......
