Need some advice if any, me and my girlfriend have been dating for about a year and she told me when we started dating she was still married however her husband abandoned and hasnt been seen for at least 7 years, they have no kids together either and she hasnt been able to locate him. However yesterday she found out through his kids that he passed away, this was a post on FB and they havent contacted her directly, we also dont know if he told his kids he was still married or not. What she would like to know what her liabilities would be in this situation especially since they were married in Tennessee but he passed away in Florida. I advised her to get a lawyer and go from there
