I am updating my emergency car kit and am going to be adding a DIY down or synthetic backcountry quilt. I don't have much room in the back of my car so will likely store the quilt in a stuff sack, but not in a compression sack. Which insulation would be better for long term storage in a stuff sack? Meaning, which one will re-loft better?
