posting a poll question

Want to ask 3 questions, but when I previewed my post, all that was there was my questions, with no option of choosing. What am I doing wrong? I did check the box to post a poll and selected 3 polls to post.

If someone else wants to post 'em, thank you in advance, but would still like to learn how to do this. I checked the poll forum, but couldn't find these questions and want only 1 answer from the 3 I'm asking about:

How many of us are ex-military, including being in the Guard, Reserves, etc.?

How many of us are combat vets? Wonder how many have trigger time.

Civilian all my life.
