Understanding that I know little other than what research I have done. What I have noticed is that depending on what site/book you read depends on what answers you get. For example one site says to store oats but only a certain kind( not instant oats) because even in a mylar bag with OA it will go rancid relatively soon. As for the instant potatoes never package those they do not store well.
So my questions are is any type of oat/ instant potatoes ok to package in mylar?
