Paul Ryan Blocks National Reciprocity of Carry Permits

According to Thomas Massie (R-KY), Paul Ryan is blocking consideration of H.R.2909, the bill that would make carry permits from one state valid in all other states - just like your drivers license.

If this is true, I hope the NRA downgrades his current A rating and he loses his seat.
