Question about Katadyn Pocket Water Filter

So on Emergency Essentials I watched the vid concerning the Katadyn Pocket Water Filter. At the end of the vid it mentions care of the filter saying that after a trip you should pump a chlorinated bleach solution through the filter and then allow the parts to dry thoroughly.
So, is this simply a matter of placing a teaspoon of regular old Clorox bleach in a container with water and pumping it through the filter? Thanks in advance for any help.
