shooting on crutches

Blew out my knee,laid up in bed,so have time to search the net.
Any good websites/books/you tube that deals with this.
I don't know what the prognosis is yet,but I can envision being on crutches for a while.
Anyone deal with this,how to carry,balance,shoot off/weak hand,etc.

Basically,a site that deals with handicap/physically impairments.
