I need help with buying a long gun

I am almost 70, 5' 2", 120 pounds and have severe osteoporosis.
I am excellent with a handgun but I want a bigger gun than a 10/22, want one that will hold 20 or 30 bullets in a mag.
Hubby has 30-30 and shot guns, I have shot them but they do not suit me.

Is there a gun that is lighter and will not kick so hard????
