Go with the cheapest stuff that will:
-Reliably feed and fire in your weapon.
-Unless it won't hit paper at the ranges you expect to engage a target with.
Any round that you can't trust to go bang, you can't stock.
But it varies. If you're trying to get a maximum of 200rds for a precision, long-distance weapon, go premium.
But if you're going to lay in 20,000 rds for a 200yd rifle, you might want to go bulk.
