China's Economic Strategy? What Do You Make of This?

I don't know much about Nikkei Asia Review news service, other than that I look in from time to time to get a different perspective on China than one sees in the mainstream news sources.

And what did I find yesterday? "President Xi's strategy for fighting the US..." and "preparing for all out war with the Americans..." No author attribution? WTF?
