Earth berm bunker shelter

My concern is not so much about surviving a Nuke, Chemical etc. But more of financial, infrastructure collapse and all the **** that goes with that.

I'm thinking Earth Berm.
Due to the high water table on the property I own in WA.
Not looking to build a underground bunker. Which would be the best solution to cover all the SHTF bases.
Probably going to be a 600 sq foot structure disguised as a sloping landscaped hill.
Thinking about building it around the water well with a backup hand pump to protect my water source.
Maybe also placing a Gazebo with a hatch under the Gazebo's floor as one of the access points to the shelter. Raised on 3 or 4' concrete walls with openings to see and shoot out of, if needed.
The big concern I have would be the added weight. Should I do a dome type roof with concrete reinforced re-bar support columns or Steel I-beams?
What would you do if this was your project? Toss me any ideas.
