Need Help Identifying 1970s Horror/Satanic Movie

Hello knowledgeable SB Members,

I require help identifying a move with the below scene, which I remember fairly clearly for the length of it.
I only caught it that one time about 20 years ago but was getting ready to go to work and couldn't watch more of it. It's important to some research I'm doing.

The scene:

From what I watched, an older heritage home, viewed from the outside, complete with gables and 'Halloween-esque' moulding and features, but well maintained, possibly white.

The interior of the scene is some form of party, held for children. IIRC, the children are all dressed nicely and enjoying themselves, jumping, dancing and playing.

There are adults there, several of which are in costumes, one wearing a rabbit costume. They lead the children in a kind of dance.....

Then the music shifts ominously, and the children, their faces so happy before, become at once terrified, miserable, and even resigned, as they follow one adult -possibly the one wearing the rabbit costume- out of the parlour of the house and through a door.

The feeling I'm getting is that it was one of the satanic cult movies from the 1970s. No matter how schlocky the actual movie may be, that one scene, where the children are playing, then suddenly walking being lead sadly out of the room, is deeply troubling.
