Getting water from a well without electricity

We have a 540 ft. well; the static water line is 300 ft.

Without electricity to run the pump or a generator (which we have but knowing that fuel may not always be available) how can we get the water out of the well?

There doesn't appear to by any hand type pumps that can lift that distance.

Does anyone have ideas or experience with this depth?
