Odd considering if you get arrested they can make you change your clothes. Did wearing an orange jumpsuit offend them too. I'm certain you can be forced to do all sorts of things you don't want to do if you're in jail. Like sleep in a room with people you don't know, be given bland food, have open toilet facilities and showers, get up and go to bed when someone tells you, etc.

I think taking my hat off for a photo would be the least of my worries.
