The definition is exactly the same as the definition for the "Dreamers" (AKA illegal aliens) , or "fair share" or "wetlands" (a swamp) , or cis-gender, in other words, leftist ideolog doublespeak.

We have become a nation whose ideologs twist words into new meanings so they can lie in ways that sound truthful. Doublespeak has become a malignant art form, creating words that obscure or distort their actual meaning. The left is miles ahead in the use of such terms, using doublespeak that reaches the far extremes of trickery.
