Transportation with no vehicle

What plans do you have for transportation if cars do not run or no gasoline is available?

My issue right now is bad knees. Difficult to ride a bicycle or walk long distances.

A bike with bike trailer sounds doable if knees were better.
I don’t have horses, mules, etc.
