Advice on OPEC for new shelter

I'd want an emergency exit outside the barn in case the barn falls down or is on fire...

perhaps a concrete culvert 2' diameter tunnel to like a big dog house.

I worked in million dollar condos in Sun Valley, Id and other places. Most every worker I know couldn't remember where or what they worked on after a few years - they all look the same after a while. Be a jerk, don't pay them yea then you will stand out and they will remember you.

Big +1 for do it yourself. 2 people can keep a secret if one of them is dead.

I like the thought of do the underground stuff first. Pour the slab with the shelter opening boxed. After the barn is built, remove the opening concrete.

Do a walk in grease pit. On the far wall is the opening to the shelter. Be sure to slope the gp to a sump. Have iron in the side walls so you can peg the now adjustable floor boards to shim your work height.
