The WH appears to be second-guessing who did what, when on this issue.

I haven't been following closely, but has any media outlet produced a shred of evidence proving accusations against Porter? Police reports? Confessions? Hidden camera footage or videotape? Affidavits? I know there was a photo, but as far as I know the photo doesn't establish proof of what happened or when it happened or who was responsible.

It isn't like people to mischaracterize events or outright lie about accusations, , but still before we throw people to the wolves it would seem we'd want some actual evidence of their wrongdoing.

If Porter's guilty, then it would appear his past caught up with him. But I haven't seen it proven that he's guilty.

Anyone produced any proof yet?
