Military embellishers

I was watching that guy who verifies and shoots down false navy seal claims. Great entertainment. He said there could be up to 1000 imposters for every real Seal! We got similar problems over here these days.

Makes you wonder who you are talking to on internet forums too. One thing I noticed being exmilitary is a lot of folks claiming military service make all these references to their combat experience.

The average civilian is not aware maybe 2/3 to 3/4 of the military is support and service roles( cooks, stores, clerks, admin, tradesmen etc). While everyone is trained to be a soldier, and its certainly possible you get to do some patrols on operations, the amount of claims of 'killing folk' and 'firefights' are not supported by the majority of military folk not in these primary roles.

I mean you never hear a supply guy drop in with " I have no idea how good the Ar-15 is in combat, I spent 10 years counting seriel numbers"
