Suggestions for a Good Tent

Hi, folks ... I would like to get input on some brands/models for a six-person, three-season tent. The main use for this is to crash in while I'm building my BOL cabin.

My requirements:

  • Can be put up by one person (must have)
  • Handle rain & wind well (must have)
  • Room for two cots (me & my adult son) and a cooler. (must have)
  • Ability to zip up all the mesh panels (good to have)
  • Somewhat roomy and comfortable. (good to have)
  • Hook to hang medium weight lantern/light from ceiling (good to have)
  • Able to stand up in it (nice to have)

I don't need some My Everest basecamp type deal. But I also don't want something that will fall apart. Best description is "very good" but certainly not "ultimate". I really don't want to go much past $150 unless it's really justified and/or I'm not being realistic about the cost.

I've looked at the Coleman Sundome 6 and the Kelty Yellowstone 6 ... any other suggestions?

Thanks
