Easier way to butcher a deer.

I just heard of an easy way to butcher a dear once you have it quartered that a friend tried this year.

He roasted the entire deer leg until it was falling apart. Then he picked the meat off the bone and packed it into canning jars, he added some watered down bbq sauce and pressure canned it.

I have several frozen 1/4's that I was going to make into cure if my test one turns out by now I may try this and see how it turns out.
