finished AR 15 build....

I posted last year with all sorts of questions and many of you were kind enough to give your insight.... thanks.

TBH, I had little clue on what or how to accomplish a build... just a idea on the performance/style, I hoped to attain. this board, fb groups... tons of research... ultimately a U.S. Army, active duty cousin of mine, chimed in to give some awesome ideas and reasoning....

hopefully I'll be able to load a few pics at the end of this... but I just wanted to give a listing of parts purchased and added, or removed, from this build and why.

A Wilson Combat matched, forged, upper/lower receiver set, and pistol grip.

Geissele SSA-E trigger, Mk 13 MLOK (13") forearm, a super 42 buffer tube assembly, airborne charging handle , Maritime bolt catch, and LPK....

Ballistic Advantage 16" stainless steel SPR fluted barrel, mid length nitrided gas tube, and lo pro gas block....

VG6 Epsilon brake/flash hider.

WMD bolt carrier group, BCIX, blackened...

Magpul enhanced trigger guard, UBR butt stock

STI sling and swivels

Sights were gifted, folding, non descript... awaiting choice of a scope....

in the course of this build I purchased a buffer tube assembly and a butt stock from Wilson Combat..... I returned them... didn't like the twang of the springs and feel of the stock.... Also unused were the magpul sling swivels....

so far so good... shoots very nice, feels solid and the weights good, brake is outspoken to say the least..... need to figure out how to get pics up.

It is unfortunate that my cousin who gave so much insight to this build passed away before he could witness or shoot it.... RIP SFC C. Fessenden....
