Does anyone know how to get rid of these annoying redirects?

What’s up guys? I keep having issues with my iPhone, particularly on this site, but also on others. I get redirected to some sort of “Congratulations iPhone user, you just won an amazon gift card” kind of nonsense.

But it’s a different “website” every time. I keep blocking those websites, but can’t seem to figure out the root cause of this. I even reset safari. I’m pretty much out of options. Granted, technology is a skill set I do not possess. I will fully admit that. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this or just kill the phone with fire?
