Yesterday I heard a "pop" sound and then my air conditioning stopped blowing out of the vents. Searching the internet was of no use.
I had heard that a little diverter door might have come off and fallen down. I tried to get my inspection camera in the vents but it has too large so I thought I might go in through the cabin filter behind the glove box.
It turned out that a napkin had escaped from the glove box and fallen down behind it. The result was that it blocked the intake of the cabin filter.
When I removed the cabin filter is suddenly started working and the napkin release from the intake.
The cabin filter was also partially blocked and needed replacement anyway.
Now it works better than ever and the air is much fresher!
Do you keep napkins in the glove box of your car? You might wish to rethink that.
