Double-barrel alternative to Mossberg Shockwave?

I've seen the Shockwave, and as cool as it is I'd love to get something very similar to the Pedersoli Howdah, but something in 12/20-gauge versus .410 bore/.45LC, and also smoothbore (but has the same criteria as the Shockwave so it's not considered an SBS or AOW). For reference:

I'm looking for something identical to this (curse you Pinterest, the new Wikipedia of the internet), something with a barrel length equal to the Shockwave and an overall length of 26"+:

...and also without the strange incorporation of Kryptek...

Anyone seen anything like this? Or could I have a tax stamp by the time I find a suitable substitute (or it's literally just cheaper to buy a double and add $200 to it).
