MagPul stocks for Ruger TD 10/22

I do like the looks and apparent functionality of these stocks for the 10/22...It appears they can be purchased in FDE or BLK. I'm thinking I might have to take the plunge for 106-109 bucks and buy this stock. If any one can come up with a reason the MagPul 10/22 stocks wouldn't be an improvement over the factory stocks...I'm all ears.
