Question about TYT MD-380

I'm teetering on the edge of purchasing the MD-380. I don't have any DMR repeaters close by, however our local EMS and VFD have switched to DMR. I could use the vhf version MAYBE if I can program in my local ham vhf repeaters AND the local analog and digital first responder frequencies, then scan them all at the same time. I could set the DMR emergency response channels to receive only, add my analog repeater stations, and scan them all at the same time. Is this possible? I can't find anything on the interwebs to answer this question for me. If it can be done, this little radio would be a great asset to me.
