I have a Model 12 made in 1914. When I first bought it, it was pretty packed with gunk. I gave it a quick cleaning, didn't really take it apart, and it functioned flawlessly. Then I took it apart, thoroughly cleaned it, put it back together,and it locked shut every other shot. I would fire, work the slide, fire, then have to hit the bolt release. I just now took it apart and put it back together, thinking I'd assembled it wrong. I've only dry fired it since, but now after every trigger pull I have to hit the slide release. Any ideas? I've been looking for a good video on how to put it back together but haven't found one yet.
