Recently Purchased Bug Out Location - Thoughts?

I would be interested in your thoughts and criticisms of a recently purchased track of land that I believe I could use for a bug out location long term in case of disaster..man made or otherwise.

10 acres of woods surrounded by an 8,000 acre Army Corp of Engineering Lake.
Soil is rocky - not farmable
Numerous deer, turkey, and Fish from lake for food
New well
Septic System
Underground Buried Electricity <- not that it matters
Dead end road surrounded by lake on 3 sides.
2 hours from major population center away from main roads of travel
I have made friends with numerous locals in this very sparsely populated area. I am considered more than a "weekender" by most. I also have a boat on the lake for water travel.

My thought process is that this would be an area of renewable food resources in addition to my food preps. Remote enough to only have to deal with smaller man made threats. Currently have a large travel trailer on property as primary residence. Thinking of putting a smaller travel trailer farther into the woods away from main living area hidden from sight. My thought process here is to use larger trailer as a potential decoy, and keep it under surveillance. Thoughts?
