We don't seem to be getting much detailed info on the number of strikes conducted on the mainstream news. But perhaps keeping some sort of record of what is going on will help shed some light on why our national image abroad is deteriorating.
Afghanistan (about 300 a year)
Pakistan (about 337 strikes so far. Sharply curtailed due to protests.)
Yemen (about 140 strikes so far.) Includes 1 US citizen (radical) and a high ranking government official.
Algeria (Very limited to a 2 day hostage crisis)
Iraq (17000 weapons releases from 2008-2011) Holy crap!
Libya (2011 145 weapons releases to help depose Ghaddafi). Now flying CAP over the country.
Somalia - A few strikes a year.
Syria - No info. I'll bet its a big number though.
Mali and Algeria - ?
Israel has droned Egyptian terror targets with Egypt's blessing.

Drones are also useful for Surveillence.
Here is footage of a Russian MLRS attack in Syria.
Pretty devestating what the MLRS can do. Basically wipes out a town in 2 minutes.

This is high level footage just showing the flashes of light, so I think is within the forum rules.
