Identifying a spider bite. Help please.

was bitten by what I'm guessing is a spider 3 days ago. This photo was taken just moments ago. Symptoms include... Pain and swelling,stiffness in muscles, dizzy,some nausea, area around bite is hard and not much liquid comes out. It feels wet though it's actually try. Its throbbing.

Any help appreciated
