Thing of WikiLeaks & Trump Tapes

During Bill's regime it became clear that a tactic he used to minimize damage was to immediately come up with another story. In particular, I recall the day Bill was impeached. Side by side was another story that the 'objective' MSM put first was the bombing of what turned out to be an aspirin factory in Africa.

No one talked about this in the other threads, so I wanted to ask what people here think about the timing.
