In my early 20s I was 230lbs and could run 3 miles in under 30mins. I could do 1 mile in 7 minutes. I benched 315 for reps and and could do 70 push-ups in a row. I'm now in my early 30s. I've had cancer and several other ailments but I've been working on a new me. Several months ago I was 275lbs. I'm now down to 266. I've been doing push-ups here and there but could only do 30 in one sitting so I have decided to start the 30 day 100 push-up challenge. It would seem easy for the 20 year old me but I know it's going kick start me into getting my health in check.
The goal: to do 100 push-ups everyday for 30 days. It doesn't matter how many sets it takes me to get to 100 I just have to get there.
Yesterday was Day 1:
9am: 20
10am: 20
11am: 20
3pm: 20
4pm: 20
Total: 100
