Scrapple Recipe - Venison

Here's a recipe that has been around for a LONG time. Pennsylvania German food from the 17th century. The original recipe calls for the leftover parts and pieces of a hog, or any scrap meat / organ meat of anything you can find. i imagine you really could put any type of protein in this and make it stretch.
