Paleo Pseudo Grains

I'll ask the question then go into the talk..

Where can I order Buckwheat and Quinoa

Generally lentils, rice, chickpeas are relatively cheap to buy locally but I am looking into bulk ordering for Buckwheat and quinoa.

My catch is that it has to ship to Ontario Canada.

I am sitting around a $3.60 per pound price point right now for the Quinoa.

I am being sold on it as a prepper food well over wheat for me.

I found out I may actually be predisosed to Celiac on my genetic testing, as such I am looking to stay gluten free for a while and see if I feel better and if it fixes any lactose issues which have been not that noticable at atll; however I am not genetically predisosed to lactose intollerance, and many years ago I was told I was lactose intolerant, but my genetic testing says I am lactase persistent, so. I am thinking perhaps the celiac genes have caused the testing issue, which is why I am looking for non-gluten foods.

Quinoa just seems to be a perk because of its complete protein factor.
